This winter if you need a new or replacement boiler, British Gas will give you up to £800 free gas for a year if you purchase the boiler with them; this is a huge saving. npower offers similar discounts with direct debit discounts on gas or electricity bill s for £20 or sign up to dual fuel and save £80 on direct debit payments. Heating breakdown cover is currently 10% off for £10.79 per month. This will protect you from any problems you may have with you central heating this season. In conclusion the best way to save on your energy bills is to insulate you house well, be thrifty with the heating and energy you use and sign up to a supplier that will offer you dual fuel, paperless billing and online disconts.
